At ShoppingScene.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace, return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller. This page explains the general return and refund guidelines applicable across our platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item received does not match the product description
• The product is unused and in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the seller.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personal care or hygiene products
• Undergarments and intimate items
• Perishable goods
• Customized or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

1. Log in to your ShoppingScene.pk account
2. Go to My Orders and select the product
3. Submit a return request with reason and images (if applicable)
4. Wait for seller approval

Once approved, the seller will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved by the seller. Refunds may take 5–10 business days and are issued via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from the seller.

5. Vendor-Specific Policies

ShoppingScene.pk is a marketplace where independent vendors sell products. Each vendor may have their own return and refund terms, clearly mentioned on the product page. In case of conflict, the vendor’s policy will apply.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images or videos as evidence
• Do not discard the original packaging

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
