At ShoppingScene.pk, we welcome independent sellers to list and sell their products on our marketplace. This Seller Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all vendors using our platform.

1. Seller Registration

All sellers must register with accurate information, including legal name, contact details, and valid bank account information for payouts. Sellers must verify their identity as required by ShoppingScene.pk.

2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and complete product information, including title, description, images, pricing, and stock availability. Products must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines. Prohibited or illegal items are strictly forbidden.

3. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and ensure accurate shipping. Delays or failure to ship products may result in account suspension or penalties. Sellers must provide tracking details and update order status regularly.

4. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must adhere to the platform’s Return & Refund Policy and promptly address customer requests. Refunds must be processed in a timely manner and in accordance with ShoppingScene.pk guidelines.

5. Seller Conduct

Sellers must maintain professional conduct, respond to customers politely, and provide accurate product information. Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or sales metrics is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees and Payments

Sellers are responsible for any platform fees, commissions, or charges. Payments will be made according to the payout schedule, after deduction of applicable fees and successful order completion.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ShoppingScene.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts in case of policy violations, fraud, illegal activities, or repeated customer complaints. Sellers will be notified of violations and may appeal if applicable.

8. Support and Assistance

Our seller support team is available to assist with account setup, product listing, order issues, and policy guidance. Sellers can reach out via email at support@shoppingscene.pk or through the website support portal.
